We are lucky to be able to grow the African Catfish we use for drying ourselves. Being familiar with the characteristics of this delicious fish we know that it only takes a pinch of spices to season the exquisite bites of its fillet. Some pepper, fragrant herbs, a hint of wine, honey or mustard – only to unveil the unique aroma. No artificial additives needed. The aroma of our dried fish is unexpectedly mild, so you can enjoy it wherever you get hungry.
